About me

I am a registered psychologist working at Macquarie Clinic in North Ryde. I see adult clients for a range of issues, including:

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • grief
  • work-related stress

I use a variety of techniques to to work with clients, particularly cognitive-behavioural therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I have been working in counselling and mental health since 2000, in the public system as well as privately.

My qualifications are a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology from Charles Sturt University, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) at the University of Sydney.

Prior to working in counselling, I worked in finance as a research analyst, and in marketing research as a project manager.
